2018 Crockerz Castles Celebrate Their 10th Anniversary.
The Story So Far!
So Crockerz is 10 years old already! The business was formed by Carl and Maria 10 years ago with the mission to provide the best quality service levels for fun event hire with equipment that was the best available in West Sussex and the surrounding area.
This they achieved and grow the business in the early years to become one of the largest and premium providers of inflatable and garden games hire in the local area. This growth was attained by near faultless good service and reinvesting substantially in new, modern and great quality stock year on year.
In 2016 both Maria and Carl deceased they had achieved their goal to start and grow Crockerz Castles to the point of being the premier inflatable and garden games provider around and therefore started the search for a buyer.
Now for my small part in this story!
My name is Roger Agate and after 30 years in the Fire Detection Industry and for the last 20 years of that having started and run my own business that I sold it in 2015. I found myself look for an opportunity to go back into business! I started the search with a hole set of criteria for my new venture. First and foremost. I wanted my new business to be fun! While Inflatable hire was way off the list when I started looking for a business I could buy and further grow. Having seen Crockerz advertised a couple of times I thought I should take a look!
What I found was a dedicated hard working couple with an honest business, well run in line with all my business principles. To offer the best quality of service and a far price to reflects a quality and personal service.
So without any further delay a deal was done, and as they say in the best movies "the rest was history"
A new chapter for Crockerz Castles begin it the start of the 2017 summer session by this time . I have to say I hit the ground running and we were off! So I made very few changes to the way the business was run. Not only because we were straight into our summer peak season but to be honest little change was call for to my mind.
However over the months a few small changes have come in, re branding with our new company logo that runs through all our marketing now, a brand new website for 2018 still with the same great offering of simple online availability checking and booking with no deposit. But we hope a greater mobile experience, with more colour and features, coupled with some fantastic special offers! Some great new products for 2018 to complement the varied rang that had already been established. I guess the final major investment was in 2 replacement delivery vehicles both carrying our new branding. This is helping us offer swifter and even greater flexibility in deliveries.
We look forward to hearing from all our customers new and old again in 2018 and beyond and thank you for your help in making Crockers Castles a business to be proud of!
